A leading wellness company in Singapore seeks a Corporate Sales Executive / Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for wellness services targeted at corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication abilities and proficiency in CRM systems, with a willingness to travel for client engagements.
Corporate Sales Executive / Manager (Wellness Sector)
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to promote wellness services, packages, and programs to corporate clients, HR departments, and organizations
Identify, prospect, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients, including SMEs, MNCs, government bodies, and institutions
Present and pitch customized corporate wellness solutions such as employee wellness programs, spa packages, workshops, and health initiatives
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales account management
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and wellness teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction
Prepare quotations, contracts, and corporate agreements in accordance with company policies
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the wellness sector
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to expand the company’s corporate client base
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM systems
Handle client feedback, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Wellness Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–5 years of corporate/B2B sales experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle industries
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored wellness
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and corporate engagements
Experience working with HR departments, corporate benefits, or employee wellness programs is a strong advantage
