About the Role

We are an integrated events and marketing agency looking for a driven Corporate Event Sales Manager. You will sell and manage a portfolio of corporate events, including dinner & dance, family day, conferences, team building, and seminars. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying new clients to growing long-term accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop proposals together with our creative team that align with client objectives.
  • Present, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business across our event services.
  • Coordinate with operations to deliver seamless event execution.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up activities in our CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, media, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage senior-level clients and understand their business needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and in teams.
