Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a year‑long comprehensive programme with exposure to various projects and ongoing professional and technical training.
  • Engage in a Global induction and Divisional Technical and Professional Skills Training.
  • Work alongside talented colleagues in a supportive culture on day‑to‑day business and special projects.
  • Contribute to innovation and develop solutions for clients in areas such as Sales, Product Management, Client Service & Delivery, or Business Management.
  • Gain experience across Corporate Bank products including Cash Management, Coverage, Institutional Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending, and Relationship & Transaction Management.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Students or graduates completing studies between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026.
  • Ability to start full‑time work in July 2026, subject to local legislation and visa requirements.
  • No more than 12 months of full‑time relevant work experience.
  • Intelligent and adaptable individuals with excellent communication skills.
  • Degrees in various disciplines; formal mathematical or financial background not required.
