Job summary

A photography company is seeking part-time coordinators in Singapore to manage primary and secondary school photography sessions. Responsibilities include ensuring students are neat for their photos and managing them during sessions. Ideal candidates should have a good working attitude and be patient with children. Polytechnic students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The role begins in January 2026 with early morning hours from 8am to 1pm/2pm.

• Handle and coordinate primary and secondary school students for photo-taking.

Job description

We’re looking for part time coordinators to join our school photography team. Your role is to handle and coordinate primary and secondary school students to queue up and ensure that they look neat and tidy for the photo-taking session.

We prefer someone who takes initiative and are patient with children.

No working experience required.

Requirement:

• Able to work with others as a Team or independently with a good working attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to handle and manage groups of children and adults with passion and patience.
• Quick-thinking and confident in handling/solving difficult situations.
• Must be able to work early hours (eg, from 8am - 1pm/2pm)
• Some Ad-hoc tasks when required.
