Job description

Day to Day Job Duties

• Conversational AI Development Architect and design scalable, robust conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants) using the Kore.ai platform.
• Develop API integrations and server-side logic using Node.js and Python.
• Implement natural language processing, NLU capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management. Techniques and machine learning algorithms (e.g., TensorFlow, spaCy) to enhance bot intelligence.
• Utilize MongoDB to store and manage conversation data and user context.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy AI bots across various channels (voice/chat).

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NLP.
• 3+ Years of Expert knowledge in the Kore.ai platform and NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
• 2+ Years of experience with Python, Java scripting, and Node.js.

Additional Qualifications

• Strong experience in MongoDB.
• Experience in working as part of scrum team with knowledge of related ceremoniesli>
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to optimize and fine-tune NLP models.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers.
