Job summary

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate contract risks. The ideal candidate will have an ITE/Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers
• Working in close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement colleagues, Group Legal and IT stakeholders
• Ensure compliance, process standards and guidelines.
• Provide advice on contracts, explain impact of contract gaps and mitigate contract risks to the stakeholders effectively and collaboratively.
• Ensure the right risk culture through strong communication lines with stakeholders and colleagues.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
