What You’ll Be Doing

Contract Negotiation and Drafting:

  • Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual risks.

Contract Review and Administration:

  • Review contracts for compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, including contract documents, amendments, and notifications.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide advice and support to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure contract compliance.

Contract Compliance:

  • Monitor contract performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure contract renewals, terminations, and amendments are processed in accordance with organizational policies.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring organizational exposure is minimized.
What We Are Looking For
  • Diploma in Law and Management, Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Experience in publishing industry or law firm would be preferred
