Job summary

A leading energy and urban solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (Contracts) to manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects. Candidates should have a degree in Building/Construction Management or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Strong arbitration, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with CostX or Glodon Cubicost is preferred. Only Singaporeans will be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Good understanding of contracts law.
• Preferably well-versed in various forms of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment/progress claims and variations orders claim.
• Assist the Contracts Manager in budgets and cost control.
• Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
