Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Contract Administrator to draft and manage contracts for bulk commodities. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in contract administration within commodity, shipping, or logistics sectors. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Familiarity with Incoterms and trade documentation will be advantageous. This role offers a detailed insight into contract processes, working closely with various operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Incoterms and trade documentation.

  • Draft, review, and issue purchase/sales contracts for bulk commodities.
  • Ensure terms align with deal recap, Incoterms, and internal policies.
  • Maintain contract records, amendments, and system entries.
  • Liaise with counterparties on terms, pricing, and specifications.
  • Support operations, logistics, finance, and risk teams with contract details.
  • Assist with KYC/compliance checks and internal reporting.
