Job description

Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting & Review: Support business teams in drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and corporate standards.
• Contract Management: Maintain a central contract registry, monitor key deadlines, and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify and escalate potential contractual or compliance risks and ensure contracts align with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Vendor Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for vendor staff, ensuring alignment with business needs and expectations.
• Vendor Governance & Monitoring: Track contract milestones, deadlines, and vendor obligations, ensuring performance and compliance with contract terms.
• Vendor Management Support: Act as a subject matter expert on outsourcing processes, support business/project teams with vendor-related queries, and manage vendor documentation.
• Process Improvement & Evaluation: Conduct vendor performance reviews, due diligence checks, and continuously enhance vendor and outsourcing management procedures.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of MAS Notices and Guidelines, including but not limited to Guidelines on Outsourcing Risk Management.
• Familiar with industry practices and to ensure that the agreement fulfils the commercial and statutory requirements.
• Min. 5 years’ of relevant working experience in managing projects and vendor management contracts.
• Experienced with IT Projects or IT service agreements, and strong understanding of IT trends and implications on business.
• Experienced in vendor management process in banking industry.
• Experienced in contract management processes and good understanding of standard contractual and commercial terms.
• Experience in Outsourcing or Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) in banking or relevant industry.
