• 2 Years commitment (Extendable/Convertible)

Job Scope

• Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
• Support staff to support the maintenance and project works function.
• Work with Project Manager to check and verify all-star rate items submitted by term contractor or appointed contractor.
• Work with Project Manager to check on any star rate submission by contractors against the market norm for the final bill of quantities.
• Provide additional services for consultancy services in the area of investigation, preliminary design, and estimates; detailed design; tender documents preparation; evaluation of tenders; and supervision and contract administration of the works.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• 4-5 Years of experience
• Minimum Diploma/Degree, education must be recognised by Singapore Institute of Surveyor & Valuers (SIV)
