Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a qualified candidate for managing all phases of the tender process. Candidates must possess a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying and at least 12 years of experience, including 4 years in similar roles. Key responsibilities include overseeing contract compliance, managing project budgets, and participating in negotiations. Ideal candidates are proficient in contract law with experience in high-value projects exceeding $100 million.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience is required with at least 4 years in similar positions.
  • Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS).
  • Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
  • Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
