Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
  • Prepare Enquiry for procurement and align specification with discipline engineers for selection and approval by management.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, including pricing, contracts, and technical submissions.
  • Administer and manage main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Handle variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract provisions.
  • Liaise with Procurement, Legal, consultants, and GC on contractual matters.
  • Verify monthly progress claims, cost reports, and cash flow projections.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Contract Administrator in the construction industry, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
