1. Contract Performance & Compliance
- Track and monitor Certis’s MHA contract performance against contractual Key Performance Matrices (KPMs) and service-level obligations.
- Prepare and present regular performance and compliance reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and areas for improvement; work with operational teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
2. Contract Administration & Governance
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Conduct periodic reviews of contracts to ensure relevance, compliance, and operational alignment.
- Develop and standardize templates, tools, and procedures for effective contract management.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters between the company, MHA, and other external stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams (operations, finance, HR, legal) to ensure mutual understanding of contractual obligations.
- Attend monthly meetings with MHA representatives and other key stakeholders to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan improvements.
- Facilitate resolution of contractual disputes, issues, or ambiguities in a timely and professional manner.
4. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Identify potential contractual and operational risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support audit exercises and ensure readiness for client or internal reviews.
- Propose and implement process improvements to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.
