Why We Need You Steelcase is looking for a Content Marketing Lead who can inspire and engage architects, designers, and workspace innovators through storytelling that brings Steelcase’s purpose to life. You’ll lead the creation and distribution of content that connects creativity, design, insights and business growth across APAC.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives awareness and qualified leads across B2B segments (A&D, project managers, and office renovators).
  • Lead the production of thought leadership, customer stories, videos, and social narratives that elevate Steelcase’s brand and point of view.
  • Manage distribution across owned and earned channels, optimizing reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate distribution with paid channels.
  • Partner with global and local marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure message consistency and creative excellence.
  • Contribute to APAC Central Marketing calendar and maintain the content specific calendar.
  • Build and maintain an impact‑led reporting framework to measure performance.
  • Continuously optimize content for searchability, relevance, and conversion.
Who You Are
  • 6–10 years of experience in content or brand marketing within design, architecture, or premium B2B environments.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proven track record in content-driven lead generation and digital distribution.
  • Strong understanding of the A&D community and its communication channels.
  • Data-informed, creative, and collaborative mindset.
