About the Role:

We are seeking a Content & Creative Marketing Executive to craft compelling stories and drive impact through social media, fundraising campaigns, and brand content. This role blends creativity with data-driven strategy; you’ll ideate, script, direct, produce, and analyze content that not only engages but also contributes directly to revenue growth. If you’re a natural storyteller, enjoy both being behind and in front of the camera, and thrive on using data to refine creative strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Storytelling
  • Research trends and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
  • Draft storyboards and scripts (with guidance from the team lead).
  • Copywrite engaging captions, ad copy, and campaign content.
Production
  • Direct and guide talents during shoots independently (students, staff, KOLs).
  • Handle basic videography and photography (camera setup, framing, b-roll).
  • Appear on camera for short videos, BTS content, or campaign pieces when needed.
Post-Production & Collaboration
  • Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Work with designers and remote editors to deliver final content.
General Marketing Support
  • Assist with campaign execution (scheduling, collaborations, ad-hoc tasks).
Data-Driven Marketing
  • Analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies that impact revenue.
  • Track and report on key indicators such as CTR, engagement, conversions.
  • Use Excel or equivalent tools to present findings and support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) is a plus.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation (able to run projects independently).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing videos, campaigns, and social content.
  • Proficient in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable with DSLR/mirrorless cameras for photo/video production.
  • Demonstrated strength in storytelling, scriptwriting, and ideation, is a must
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze performance and optimize content, is a must
  • Confident enough to appear on camera when required.
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative.
