Consumer Marketing & Retail Manager (F&B)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Consumer Marketing & Retail Manager to lead our marketing efforts and retail execution in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth across both online and offline retail channels. The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer marketing, retail activation, and a deep understanding of the F&B industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Consumer Marketing
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns targeting key consumer segments.
  • Localize global brand strategies to fit regional market dynamics.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, KOL/ influencer collaborations, and paid ads.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
Retail Marketing & Activation
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, product launches, and POSM materials across retail partners and outlets.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to drive sell-out performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key retail accounts (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty F&B retailers).
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility and messaging across all retail touchpoints.
Brand Management
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Support product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (sales, supply chain, product development, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Singapore citizen only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4–7 years of experience in consumer marketing and/or retail marketing, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics in the F&B sector.
  • Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple retail channels (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales analytics.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools).
  • Prior experience in brand activation or product launches in a competitive F&B market.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for food labeling and marketing (if applicable by region).
