Job Description & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Worker Supervisor to join our team at Elldams Construction & Transportation Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently, and coordinate manpower to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work schedules to meet project milestones
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations (WSH)
• Inspect work progress and quality, resolving any issues promptly
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients on project requirements
• Maintain accurate site reports, attendance, and material usage records
• Train and guide workers to improve skills and productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to read drawings and coordinate various trades effectively
• Possess valid safety certifications (e.g. WSQ, BCSS) preferred
• Able to work at different job sites and flexible hours when required
