Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all personnel adhere to safety practices.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any incidents or delays. Report to the Project Manager on project status and any challenges faced.
• Material Management: Oversee the delivery and use of materials on-site, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that inventory levels are maintained.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction, including conflicts between trades, delays, and resource shortages.
• Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and address any concerns or changes in project scope.

Qualifications
