Key Responsibilities
- Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Address customer needs, handle complaints, and respond to feedback and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports related to restaurant operations.
- Uphold service standards and ensure all operating procedures are followed consistently during business hours.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling simultaneous orders and transitioning between different events.
- Perform cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper banquet setup and maintain cleanliness of function rooms.
- Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring new team members.
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Hospitality/ Management or any equivalent.
- Relevant experience in hotel/ F&B industry will be a plus
- Entry level is welcomed as training provided
