Job description

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. Your role will require close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, workers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, monitor, and coordinate site works to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Lead, guide, and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, prepare progress reports, and highlight issues or delays to project managers.
  • Coordinate material requisitions, delivery, and usage to prevent delays and wastage.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications and standards.
  • Resolve site problems, technical issues, and any unforeseen delays in a timely manner.
  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site activities, safety records, and progress reports.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities when required.
