Key Responsibilities
Site Management
  • Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

  • Monitor daily activities and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues.

  • Coordinate delivery and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.

Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain a clean, hazard‑free site.

  • Ensure all permits, inspections, and documentation are completed as required.

Quality Control
  • Review workmanship to maintain high‑quality standards.

  • Identify defects or deviations and ensure timely corrective action.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on technical issues.

Scheduling & Coordination
  • Create and update short‑term schedules and work plans.

  • Coordinate sequencing of tasks among different trades.

  • Report progress, delays, and changes to the project manager.

Communication & Reporting
  • Act as the primary on‑site contact for workers, clients, inspectors, and management.

  • Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and reports.

  • Communicate resource needs and potential project risks.

Leadership
  • Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.

  • Promote a productive, positive work environment.

  • Resolve on‑site conflicts quickly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and basic computer software.

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience
