Responsibilities

• Responsible for site activities, managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
• To coordinate with other work team supervisor.
• Ensure availability of materials and equipment on-site to meet operational needs.
• To direct control activities on site.
• Monitor work progress, identify and resolve ground issues when required.
• Site supervision of construction workers.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy.
• Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, BCSS.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
• Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.
