Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the scheduling of manpower resources.
• Monitor the welfare of workers at sites, ensuring proper PPE and health and safety rules.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety codes.
• Ensure workers and sites have valid relevant permits.
• Work with project management teams to monitor labor arrangements.
• Inspect works at sites for compliance with safety measures.
• Coordinate with purchasing for necessary supplies and materials.
• Investigate and report safety incidents or accidents.
• Ensure tools and equipment are ready at sites in a timely manner.

• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
• Ensure workers and sites have valid relevant permits when working at sites.
• Work with Project Manager/ Engineer/ Construction Manager on labor requirements and monitor arrangement to dispatch workers to construction site.
• Inspect and monitor works carried out at sites in compliance with safety measures, and other regulations.
• Coordinate with purchasing team to acquire necessary PPE, supplies and materials to meet project requirements.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents at sites.
• To ensure the right tools and equipment are made ready at sites in a timely manner.
