Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Inhouse IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and systems while ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate has a Nitec or Diploma in IT and 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing IT tickets, and supporting staff across departments. This role offers a salary range of $2,800 - $3,300 plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment, and maintain asset records.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users and the project site.
  • Create and process purchase requests in accordance with IMS forms standards for IT-related needs and track deliveries.
  • Monitor IT ticketing daily, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA and escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain updated documentation for network diagrams, IT assets, and user setups for audit readiness.

Skills

Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting, Wi-Fi)
Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune)
Proficiency in Windows OS, O365 setup, and AD user creation
Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle and vendor coordination
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Education

Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science
