Construction Integration Supervisor

The role involves supervising the integration of construction activities, ensuring that different construction processes work together efficiently and in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• You supervise the construction workers and ensure they work together to deliver quality work within project schedule, in compliance with HSSE & Quality regulations and standards.
• You monitor construction processes and provide training as required.
• You perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• You schedule and coordinate regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• You prepare reports, budgets, project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
• You work in close collaboration with architects and other professionals to ensure integration of construction efforts.
• You stay up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

Education

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, with strong understanding of construction & commissioning management processes in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents
