Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and approved plans
• Prepare work schedules and monitor crew attendance
• Supervise and train workers, including probationary staff
• Ensure sufficient manpower, materials, and resources for operations
• Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out as planned
• Monitor daily work progress and update work status to the Planner
• Work closely with the Planner to plan future activities
• Monitor daily work logs of assigned subordinates
• Manage daily site activities efficiently and productively
• Requisition materials and replacement parts to maintain operational continuity
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within the approved budget
• Resolve operational and site issues as they arise
• Ensure strict compliance with company and government safety regulations
• Enforce safety precautions and quality standards on site
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in good working condition
• Report progress and issues to managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders
