Renovation Assistant Officer

Working Days: 5 days (8am - 6pm)

Office Location: Toh Guan Road, Jurong East

Salary: Diploma max $2,800 basic / Degree max $3,200 basic

Other benefits: flex benefits $100‑$300/year + transport allowance $50‑$120/month + confirmation increment $50‑$200

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of current IT trends.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of profit and loss.
  • Prior experience in SAP HANA, Oracle ERP, data visualisation tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau.
  • Prior experience in building systems' project management is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to ASEAN region China/Japan.
Job Summary
  • To plan, control and coordinate renovation works carried out on equipment.
Job Scope
  • Familiarize oneself with the equipment to provide technical assistance to renovation work.
  • Assist in establishing renovation works procedures.
  • Assist in establishing technical manuals and standards.
  • Ensure renovation works are carried out according to schedule.
  • Plan renovation works schedule with supervisors.
  • Prepare purchase requisition for materials or sub-contractor work.
  • Liaise with customers on renovation works schedule.
  • Liaise with appointed sub‑contractors on work schedule.
  • Report to superior on all matters relating to the department.
  • Coordinate with other departments and overseas on matters relating to renovation works.
  • Prepare, record and submit all documents relating to renovation works.
  • Conduct patrol checks on renovation works.
  • Assist in investigating damages/accidents and prepare the necessary reports.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental policy, waste reduction and Workplace, Safety & Health Act (WSHA).
  • Ensure work processes are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements.
