This role is responsible for managing air freight consolidation and space planning to optimize cargo uplift, cost efficiency, and service reliability. It involves coordinating airline bookings, monitoring uplift performance, managing block space arrangements, and maintaining accurate carrier and tonnage reports. The role works closely with internal teams and airline partners to ensure timely shipments and efficient use of flight capacity in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily uplifting reports to track cargo movement and ensure optimal utilization of flight space.
• Update and maintain the Carrier Tonnage Report to reflect current space usage and performance trends.
• Manage routing orders and block space bookings with airlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare and analyze weekly performance reports by carrier and destination to evaluate space utilization and service efficiency.
• Plan and manage space allocation and consolidation for export air shipments to optimize cargo load and flight capacity.
• Coordinate ad-hoc flight fillings to ensure timely departures and cost efficiency.
• Source and obtain competitive airfreight rates from airlines while maintaining effective working relationships with carriers.
• Execute airline bookings and handle day-to-day coordination with internal teams and external customers.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight consolidation, planning, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of airline booking systems, space management, and air cargo procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• High attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
