Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the sites.
• Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities.
• Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development.
• Lead a team of technical officers or technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance.
