  • Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
  • Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
  • Handle complaints and suggestions
  • Manage and update the database daily
  • Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
  • Min GCE "N" Level with at least 1 year experience in customer service / hospitality / retail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Able to commit at least 4 days work per week (Inclusive of 1 weekend)
