What do we expect from you?

The Revenue & Reservations Support Coordinator provides critical support to the Director of Revenue by preparing reports, maintaining accurate hotel systems, and leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools to generate actionable insights. This role ensures accurate revenue and reservations data across multiple platforms, supports reporting, and enables strategic revenue decisions to elevate revenue outcomes. You will also support the Reservations team operationally, ensuring accuracy in bookings and inventory across all channels.

How your day looks like?

Revenue Reporting & Analysis (Primary Focus)

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pick-up, pace, forecast accuracy) for the Director of Revenue.
  • Assist in trend analysis, market benchmarking, and competitor rate monitoring to support revenue strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data in PMS, RMS, and CRS to ensure correct inventory, rates, and restrictions.
  • Support revenue initiatives, including dynamic pricing and channel management updates.
  • Reconcile system data and provide insights to help optimize revenue and distribution decisions.
Systems & Data Accuracy
  • Maintain accuracy of all revenue-related systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel manager).
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues; escalation technical problems as necessary.
  • Assist in system audits, updates, and SOP compliance to ensure integrity of revenue data.
Reservations Support (Secondary Focus)
  • Support Reservations team with booking management, availability checks, and special requests.
  • Ensure reservation data is accurate in PMS/CRS and properly reconciled for reporting.
  • Provide operational support as required, including guest communications or group reservations assistance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Reservations teams to ensure smooth communication on inventory and demand changes.
  • Participate in weekly revenue meetings and support preparation of materials for strategic discussions.
