• Coordinate daily operations with clients, international offices, and company headquarters to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage order fulfillment and oversee logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Track customer credit limits and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Ensure seamless handling of logistics and payment processes.
• Welcome and assist overseas visitors, providing a professional and positive experience.
• Travel within the Asia‑Pacific region to meet suppliers and customers as needed.
• Take on special projects and other responsibilities to support departmental goals.
