Commercial Ops Manager, SEA & PAK

Role and Responsibilities:
This is a pivotal role in achieving their current and future SEA business goals through close collaboration with the regional strategic marketing and in-country business leaders to support execution plans.
The role will be responsible for Commercial Operations, Distributor Manager, Regular Business Review and SIOP Process, Strategic Pricing and Tender & B2B Management.
This role is required to work collaboratively with DC associates, distributors and internal stakeholders in SEA and CASAJ/GA, including Business Managers, SEA Marketing, Product Managers, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Commercial Operations
- Track launch KPIs, and support markets and guide to oversee plans execution.
- Review call tracking activities and trends within the countries; regular review with the regional team.
- Analyse market trends, derive business insights, track sales development, key performance indicators to assess risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with Asia Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness to develop dashboard, including both lead and lag indicators
Distributor Management
- Distribution contract renewals, on-boarding/off-boarding.
- Management distributors’ performance.
- Project Management
- Warehouse gap assessment
Regular Business Review and SIOP Process
- Drive and support the monthly country sales and operations meetings
- Support monthly BRM with CASA-J team by gathering data and providing analysis around sales, deals, NPI, inventory etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Business Leaders, Marketing, Finance partners etc) in SEA counties to prepare the required commercial and financial information to support decision making.
- Regular management of In-Market sales data and close monitoring of inventory level. Provide recommendations based on the insights derived from sales and inventory data.
Strategic Pricing
- Raise visibility and importance of pricing discipline within organization
- Assisting in reviewing existing internal metrics
Tender and B2B Management
- Manage Hospitals tenders and B2B business across SEA region
- Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to win in tenders and B2B
- Participate in ad hoc key projects per assigned in the interests of business (eg assimilation of new business/products, tender analysis, market share and competitor understanding)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum 12+ years related experience in relevant industries/categories (Pharmaceutical/MedTech/Consumer Health)
