A leading automotive enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Head of Commercial to drive and execute the commercial strategy across Vehicle Sales, Rental, Insurance, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have 10–15+ years of revenue leadership experience, accountable for all commercial functions and team performance. This senior role offers an opportunity to work closely with the CEO to align goals and priorities, focusing on revenue generation and effective execution of strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in commercial, sales, or revenue leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple commercial functions, not just sales.
• Experience in complex, multi-product or multi-business environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalise group-wide commercial strategy.
• Oversee all sales verticals including car sales, rentals, and insurance.
• Set clear business development priorities and focus areas.
• Own the execution and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop senior managers under the commercial function.
• Own commercial KPIs and provide concise reporting to the CEO.
