Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the invoicing process for all customers.
  • Maintain integrity in the system for supply orders.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies in customer/supplier invoices.
  • Ensure timely performance of all assigned tasks.
  • Assist with weekly order status reporting.

  • Working hours: Tue – Sat 9-6 & Sun 9-1; alternate Sun work following confirmation
Job Description
  • Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.
  • Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders
  • Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies
  • Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities
  • Assist in managing weekly order status reporting
  • Provide administrative support for the Manager. Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
