Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide business administration support to the Executives and CEOs
• Assist in negotiating, agreements, contracts, fixing vessels and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Support sales and marketing by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals as well as staying updated to the market trends and industry development.
• Prepare and review necessary documentations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and offering solutions to meet their expectations.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, such as strategic plans, contracts and agreements
• Work closely with other departments including operations, finance and legal to ensure the seamless execution of commercial activities and alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial roles within maritime industry
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, Maritime or a related field
• Strong understanding of commercial principles in shipping, vessel operations
