Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tea store at Central. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth store operations from opening onwards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth workflow, and meet sales and operational targets.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient manpower planning and strong team performance.

  • Customer Experience & Quality Control: Maintain excellent customer service, consistent product quality, and handle customer feedback or issues professionally.

  • Inventory & Compliance: Manage inventory and stock ordering while ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of F&B experience in a management role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Able to work long shifts and handle a fast-paced environment

  • Able to start work ASAP!

Working Hours
  • 8 working hours per day

  • 6 working days per week, including weekends

Salary & Benefits
