Job Description

• Making and serving a wide variety of coffee drinks by specified formulas and benchmarks for quality.
• To guarantee quality and uniformity in each batch, use hand brewing methods or cold brewing procedures.
• Keep the coffee bar, brewing supplies, and workstations tidy and well-organized.
• Take orders, respond to inquiries, and handle client concerns while offering amiable and effective customer service.
• Work along with other team members to make sure the cafe runs smoothly. This includes helping with opening and closing procedures and replenishing supplies.
• Share knowledge with coworkers and clients by staying on trend with new products, brewing methods, and trends in the coffee industry.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, which should include using appropriate food handling and sanitation techniques.

Requirements

• Passionate in brewing great coffee.
• Min. 1 year of work experience as a Barista / Coffee maker
• Candidates with knowledge of pour over coffee will have an added advantage
• Must understand and can be communicate with chinese
• Able to work on shifts / weekends / public holidays
