The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a machine shop and strong hands-on experience with 5/6 axis machining. Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• To support in the planning/management of shop floor improvement initiatives to meet production specifications and schedules
• Assist in managing all machining and CNC related activities or projects by developing standards compliant to international quality standards
• Review Engineering team's competencies and develop training plans to uplift CNC manufacturing/ production capabilities while minimising wastage and cost etc
• Lead machining productivity initiatives while championing for existing and NPI process improvements

Job Requirements:

• A tertiary education in Engineering related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a machine shopfloor environment
• Strong 5/6 axis hands-on experience
