About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Setter to join our team at D & H Precision Tools Pte. Ltd., a leading provider of precision engineering services in the Bukit Batok West region. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up various CNC machines to manufacture high‑quality components and parts for our diverse range of customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Setting up and operating CNC machines, including lathes and mills to produce precision parts and components.

2. Selecting and installing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices to ensure accurate and efficient machining.

3. Monitoring machine performance, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

4. Interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure parts are manufactured to specification.

5. Performing quality checks and measurements to ensure parts meet the required tolerances and specifications.

6. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, and following all safety protocols and procedures.

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or Setter, preferably in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.

2. Strong technical skills and understanding of CNC machine operation, programming, and tooling.

3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

4. Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
