Qualifications

• 6–5 years semiconductor wafer fab operational experience.
• Technical expertise in Diffusion/CMP Process experiences.
• Experienced in process control in oxide CMP process.

Responsibilities

• Establish plans and strategies to meet manufacturing performance indices.
• Forecast and budget for test wafers and process-related expenditures.
• Implement work improvement methods to reduce defect density.
