URGENTLY HIRINGING -- CLOUD TECHNICAL MANAGER

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on multi-cloud infrastructure engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 5+ years of Linux and Windows Server administration with deep troubleshooting capability
• 1+ year working in regulated environments (Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, or similar)
• Proven background leading teams in 24/7 operations and on‑call rotations
• Experience supporting Singapore Government‑linked agencies or GovTech frameworks is strongly preferred

Technical Skills

• Multi‑cloud: Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Security, Logging & Monitoring
• OS: RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Amazon Linux + Windows Server 2016–2025
• Patching: AWS Systems Manager, Azure Update Mgmt, WSUS, SCCM, YUM/DNF
• IaC/Automation: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM, GitOps
• DevSecOps: CI/CD + security scanning integration
• Containers: Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, AKS, GKE
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python for infra automation
• ITIL/ITSM: ITIL v3/v4 processes + ServiceNow/Jira or similar

Preferred Certifications

• AWS SA Pro / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / GCP Cloud Architect
• RHCE or RHCA / CKA or CKS / Terraform Associate or Pro
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher

Core Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Operations

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture, deployment, and operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP in production environments
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud‑native and hybrid infrastructure solutions
• Drive on‑prem → cloud and cloud → cloud migrations
• Optimize performance and cost through resource right‑sizing, automation, and monitoring

Security & Compliance

• Own CIS benchmark hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security baseline enforcement
• Manage OS and cloud security compliance including IM8 (Singapore GovTech), SOC 2, ISO 27001, and audit requirements
• Oversee vulnerability management using enterprise security tools (e.g., Trend Micro, Qualys, Tenable, AWS Config)
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle and security monitoring across clouds

OS Lifecycle & Patch Governance

• Lead enterprise patching for RHEL (7–10) and Windows Server (2016–2025)
• Govern monthly and quarterly patch cycles with proper testing, rollback, validation, and compliance reporting
• Coordinate approvals and communications with Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Engineering Leadership

• Mentor and lead Linux, Wintel, and Cloud engineers
• Serve as the technical escalation point for critical incidents
• Lead cross‑team incident response, RCA, and post‑incident improvements
• Drive automation culture using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM, and GitOps

Containers & DevSecOps

• Provide leadership in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS, GKE)
• Oversee CI/CD and security scanning integration (SAST, DAST, container vulnerability scanning)
• Support DevSecOps adoption within Singapore Government technology stack

Observability & Documentation

• Implement and govern monitoring and observability (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring, ELK, Grafana, etc.)
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, architecture diagrams, CMDB accuracy, and audit‑ready documentation
