The candidate will review prescriptions for appropriateness, dispense medications to patients, and provide essential drug information while ensuring optimal patient-specific drug therapy. • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmacology or equivalent.
• Eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
