Job Title: Clinical Governance Executive (Medical Affairs) - Staff Nurses who want to do backend admin

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programme within the organisation.
  • Identify, coordinate and participate with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.
  • Ensure accurate data collation and compilation for various clinical quality activities including clinical performance indicators.
  • Provide support to QA and Clinical Services committees and continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Manage incidents and serious reportable events and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrate management skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners across the system; negotiate change and promote continuous improvement across the institution.
  • Facilitate presentation of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management to enable an effective learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Min bachelor degree in Nursing / Healthcare or related field
  • Min 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare / nursing / Medical Affairs, Clinical Governance
  • Have medical knowledge and understanding of medical terms
  • Comfortable to pitch to the teams on initiatives
