Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, Tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care.

The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations, performance, and service quality of a TCM wellness clinic. This role oversees daily clinic operations, TCM physicians, therapists, and clinical assistants, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance in a holistic wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic & Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the TCM wellness outlet, including consultations, therapy sessions, and wellness services.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between TCM physicians, therapists, and clinical assistants.

  • Maintain clinic readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

People & Staff Management
  • Manage rosters, attendance, and performance of all staff.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

  • Foster a professional, patient-focused, and collaborative work environment.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.

  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Promote a wellness-focused, customer-centric culture.

Sales, Revenue & Performance
  • Drive outlet revenue through TCM consultations, therapy packages, and wellness programs.

  • Support promotional campaigns and upselling opportunities.

  • Track daily sales, treatment utilization, and KPIs; report performance to management.

Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor stock of herbs, therapy supplies, and equipment.

  • Ensure proper inventory management and minimal wastage.

  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliation.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure adherence to TCM practice standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance and audits.

  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality standards.

Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with HQ, HR, and Operations teams to improve processes.

  • Provide regular reports on outlet operations, challenges, and improvement plans.

  • Support company initiatives and expansion plans as required.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, spa, or therapy centre management is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of MOH / TCM regulatory requirements, SOPs, and compliance standards.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications (scheduling, POS, Microsoft Office).

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Ability to work weekends and retail hours as required.
