The Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations, performance, and service quality of a TCM wellness clinic. This role oversees daily clinic operations, TCM physicians, therapists, and clinical assistants, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance in a holistic wellness environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the TCM wellness outlet, including consultations, therapy sessions, and wellness services.
Ensure smooth coordination between TCM physicians, therapists, and clinical assistants.
Maintain clinic readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage rosters, attendance, and performance of all staff.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
Foster a professional, patient-focused, and collaborative work environment.
Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote a wellness-focused, customer-centric culture.
Drive outlet revenue through TCM consultations, therapy packages, and wellness programs.
Support promotional campaigns and upselling opportunities.
Track daily sales, treatment utilization, and KPIs; report performance to management.
Monitor stock of herbs, therapy supplies, and equipment.
Ensure proper inventory management and minimal wastage.
Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliation.
Ensure adherence to TCM practice standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance and audits.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality standards.
Work closely with HQ, HR, and Operations teams to improve processes.
Provide regular reports on outlet operations, challenges, and improvement plans.
Support company initiatives and expansion plans as required.
Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, spa, or therapy centre management is highly preferred.
Knowledge of MOH / TCM regulatory requirements, SOPs, and compliance standards.
Proficient in basic computer applications (scheduling, POS, Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
Ability to work weekends and retail hours as required.
