A local healthcare clinic in Singapore is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations. This role involves leading staff, ensuring efficient workflows, patient service excellence, and maintaining clinic inventory. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and proficiency in digital systems. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay is beneficial. The position requires availability for three rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior clinical support role is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of day-to-day clinic functions and administrative workflows.
• Competent in using clinic digital systems for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the GP clinic.
• Perform front-desk duties for a welcoming experience.
• Oversee and guide clinic staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Streamline clinic operations and manage patient scheduling.
• Prepare and submit government and private insurance claims accurately.
