Clinic Assistants (Patient Service & Clinical Support)

Clinic Assistants support patient service, treatment programme management, and clinical operations under doctor supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments and ensuring treatment frequency follows the doctor-prescribed regimen.

Clinics are located island-wide, including Central Area medical centres next to MRT stations such as Scotts Medical Centre, Novena Medical Centre, and Raffles Place.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient reception and appointment coordination
• Treatment programme scheduling based on doctor instructions
• Assisting doctors during consultations and treatments
• Supporting medical and wellness therapies, including post-treatment care
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical hygiene
• Updating patient records and supporting daily clinic operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or Polytechnic Diploma
• Preferably in medical, allied health, biomedical, or hospitality fields
• Medical clinic experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment
