Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is seeking individuals to assist patients in navigating the healthcare system. Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days office hours, every Sat half day

Location: AMK/Serangoon

Job Description

• Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
• Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
• Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
• Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
• Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.
• Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.
• Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.
