Job description

We are a family medicine (GP) clinic operating in Tampines.

We are looking to hire a Clinic Assistant who works well in a team, has a good personality and is able to use a computer reasonably well.

Clinic experience is not a necessity as training will be provided to all. If you have never worked in a clinic before, but have a good personality, willingness to learn and problem solving skills, please do send in your application as well.

As we have many Chinese speaking patients, you will need to be able to speak conversational Mandarin.

General Responsibilities

• Registration of patients using our clinical management system
• Dispensing medications for patients
• Managing patient appointments and general queries
• Assisting the doctor for clinical procedures
